All fees below are quoted in Canadian dollars (plus applicable taxes). For U.S. and worldwide will be charged in U.S. dollars (plus applicable taxes).
Clients will be billed an hourly rate for general virtual assistance support.
- Hourly rate is $34/hr.
- Minimum 1 hour charge.
- Paid up front.
Monthly retainer clients benefit from a discounted rate and dedicated amount of hours each month. You are guaranteed time and availability (scheduling priority over hourly services).
3 Payment packages to suit your needs and goals:
Work done during regular business office hours, up to a maximum 20 hours a month. $660.00/month
Work done during regular business office hours, up to a maximum of 40 hours a month. $1280.00/month
Priority Services. Work done during regular business office hours, up to a maximum of 60 hours a month. $1850.00/month
Please note that the above rates do not include any charges incurred for supplies such as paper, envelopes, labels, postage, printing, fax, courier or long-distance phone charges. These will be charged back to the client at their actual cost plus administration fee.
o There will be a $50 service charge for any NSF cheques.
o All projects &/or services requiring rush work &/or stat holiday time will be billed at a 20% premium.
o Overdue accounts will be subject to 2% interest charges per month.
Hourly: Hourly support clients are prepaid and are non-refundable.
Monthly Retainer: Monthly retainers are billed in advance on a monthly basis and payment is required in full prior to starting and are non-refundable. Additional hours that go over the monthly retainer plan will be billed at $34.00 per hour. Unused retainer hours are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Incentive: 10% off 1 month of service with each new monthly referral (*some conditions apply)
